Looks like a whole channel strip to me. Preamp with phantom, de-esser, gate\/compressor, 3 parametric EQ and symmetry extra. Didn\u2019t get what that added symmetry does to the sound. Made in mid 90ies with SMT components except electrolytes, in quite mint condition. Very happy with device. Spending time mumbling into my mic.
