- Infekto (Riku Pentti) has been the broken beats pioneer in Finland since 1994. Co-founder of the first Finnish breakbeat label Pyssy and
half of the chart topping hip hop/beats producer duo Skillsters. Skillsters is responsible for producing the first ever finnish hip hop album and was
also hired to produce and be a part of the live act of Finlands biggest dance music export Bomfunk Mc’s on their 3rd album.
- Many Finnish hip hop acts have also hired Infekto’s avantgarde scratching skills and his fierce breaks and drum&bass dj sets have been
heard from Tampere (Where his eclectic breakbeat club “beatformers” is running 7th year! to New Delhi.
- Infekto’s tunes combine the whole spectrum of broken beats from funk to hip hop to nu-breaks to drum& bass not forgetting the raw ol’ skool
hardcore sound of 92′ and a touch of jazz.
- His first release on nine2five “Left hand Jazz” got rave reviews from some of the biggest names in the business: appeared on a Gilles
Peterson comp on the cover of MUZIK magazine etc. That opened the flood gates. What followed
was wide variety of breakbeat mayhem and critical acclaim on such UK labels as Passenger, Hospital, Menu Music and Heavy Disco.
- Infekto’s dare we say it, ‘infectious’, breakbeat bootlegs on the unofficial “medcab” label (“Me Myself and I”&”Infekto’s Message”) have been
among the most creative and enjoyable unofficial breaks mixes of the past years. His freshly released debut album “Occam’s Razor” pulls together
all the biggest 12″ hits and sprinkles some real goodies on top. Brand new tracks including Flash Lighter(“One of the biggest tunes this
summer”-IDJ/”Single of the month” – TTR) and Sexy dancer have been gaining support from all the A league breaks DJs.

Peninsula Andrejsala – бывший порт на Даугаве, пропитанный индустрией техногенного мира в сочетании с вулканическим извержением творческих идей художников и музыкантов, обосновавшихся на Южной стороне полуострова.
Space:Garage – небольшой уютный сегмент Andrejsala, выросший на энтузиазме, окутанный креативными представлениями сообщества SG. Феномен SG – магнетизм… Неисчерпаемая энергия создала клуб естественным путем после нескольких случайных дружеских встреч. Такое рождение привело к тому, что Space:Garage, начав свою деятельность в Июне 2007 года, приобрел репутацию одного из самых лучших ночных заведений Риги, где каждые выходные собирается очень пестрая толпа художников, ди-джеев, музыкантов и прочих творческих потенциалов со всего мира.

Название Space:Garage отражает желание быть настоящим во всеобъемлющем творческом пространстве как помещении. Задача выполнена: правда, – и ничего, кроме правды.

16 марта в рамках европейского турне резиденты SG презентуют свои любимые мелодии и ритмы путем слияния live&dj-set. Музыкальную стилистку невозможно обрамить… Elegant Minimal, Sexy Electro, Beautifull Melodies… Участники движения SG – не «модные дети», а серьёзные меломаны и музыканты.

Zedmitry – основатель SG и его главное оружие, бессменный резидент всех вечеринок. Использует множество примочек, синтезаторов и подручных средств для дополнения к звучанию треков, не обходится без эффектов в самом микшере. Улыбка и своя особенная неспешность в движениях не отпускают публику до глубокого утра!
Ivars Mednis – один из старейших dj Латвии. Он коллекционирует редкие старые пластинки со времён начала techno-эры. Играет специфичную музыку южноамериканских минималистов, терпкую, как чилийское вино.
Kone – один из первых резидентов SG, умело лавирующий между настроением публики и энергетическим уровнем на танцполе, подобно морским волнам… Бесчисленная комбинация minimal-afro-house и intelligent and calm minimal techno.
