Apparat – Arcadia (Telefon Tel Aviv version) (Shitkatapul)
Great touchy song got remixed. I always been mad about Arcadia (thanx to Ella (:) but never played it out because it’s slow and breakbeat, now it’s slow (116) and techno. Awesome remix. Lets try.

Mr. O’Neil – Vida (Tomy Wahl club mix) (DeepClass Records)
Tomy Wahl, new producer from Argentina, is keeping his hi-mark style, this track as good as his previous works, yet it’s different. Housy, deep, easy and enjoying feelings are atmosphere here. My style!

Andomat 3000 – Vertical Smile (Cecille)
Very good! Just like I’ve wrote above, “Housy, deep, easy and enjoying feelings are atmosphere here. My style!” Big tune.

DJ Pippi vs Willie Graff – Hyper Space (Space Dub mix) (Drumpoet Communit)
Deep stuff. Let’s take a trip, you and me, in Hyper Space. Nobody knows what it is, but we’ll love it there.

Dubfire – Emissions (Minus)
Minimal, pure, deep, light & driving.

Haito & Diringer – E-Love (Kickboxer Recordings)
Simple, lighter than air, easy going, funky, melodic. Happy childhood mood in a way (:)

Bigger Than Jesus – Witch Kraft (Perc rmx) (TFE)
Energetic boost. Pumping, sharp, deep, shaking.

Masaya – Like A Fish In Water (Nhar rmx) (Meerestief Ltd)
First half is quite sad (for Baltic crowd), but after drop-down starts a Great Long Deep Trip. I’m lost.

Martin Buttrich – Hunter (Cocoon Recordings)
I missed this one after listening to short sample, and got the B-side instead, titled Hunted (great tune too). DJ Baravika included it into her beautiful last mix, and after listening full version I got hooked . Deep trip.

dadaBLEEP – Enter The Echo (Tim Gregor rmx) (Fear Of Flying)
Organ chords are a bit cheesy, but their fruity sound uplifts my house.

Locomidi & Berto Mene – Crap Head (SP Recordings)

Note: This chart is tracks I’ve bought this month. I listen to samples of 1000-1500 tracks each week, this selection of very very ‘best of ‘. More good tracks were close to get into my shopping cart, but due to financial limit they’re left behind. I publish them as Recommended inside comment to this post, so DJs and music fans – take a note. Responsible labels can send me those tracks as promo (vinyl or wave) and I will play them in my sets.

Creating an atmosphere

“Creating an atmosphere” is what DJ Kone famous for. “That’s my alter side, I play “Bar sets”, as I ironically call them, more often then minimal ones. Music is not loud, sound system is good, people don’t notice music, but suddenly a few nice girls start to dance, than others. Some DJs say I play lounge, but for me it’s more house. Just the mood is very subtle. If Electro is screaming, Nu’Jazz is e-z talking, and even whispering.” Light and uplifting eclectic DJ sets of Nu’Jazz, Funk, Balkan, Latino, Reggae and Afrobeat usually regulary played at Cuba Cafe and others clubs.
